They are kind of cool that the colours can be chosen but they are not festoon lights, they barely light up an outdoor space, kind of a novelty product. The product video is a bit misleading, possibly edited to make them look brighter then they are. Take note that they will refuse to refund the product if it's not in the original packaging.

Very fast delivery, works as described and very easy to set up. Been meaning to spruce up my courtyard for a while now and these have really done the trick. Google home activation is seemless and work perfectly. Also very handy that multiple strings can be conjoined. Highly recommend

Can't recommend this product highly enough. Installation was very easy (my DIY autobiography could be written on a post-it note)... I would recommend buying a 5mm turnbuckle x1 and a couple of 2mm rope thimbles to make life easier. I ended up running the wire cable provided through 16 eye straps, perhaps overkill... IDK. Set up with the Tuya app was effortless. Once added to Tuya I added to Alexa's devices list, the light showed up immediately without issue - works perfectly with Alexa / Amazon devices. The lights on warm white at 100% brightness are perfect for ambient drinks / BBQ on the deck light, wouldn't change a thing. The colours are great to have as an option but will probably only get significantly less than the whites. Will definitely buy another set, just need to work out where to put them.

Awesome lights, just what we wanted for under our patio. At first the on/off control wasn't present in Google home, but an email to Liquid leds support led to a very quick update to the app (within 1 day!) and now all is working as it should - we're able to control on/off and brightness with voice via Google assistant. Very impressed and extremely happy with this purchase!

This is the second string of smart festoon lights I’ve purchased and the first pair was a struggle to get working on the app.

They were quick to deliver, and the lights are great! Just wish I could program individual bulbs (stuck with present settings that you can tinker with, but different bulb colours limited to some sort of changing pattern)

I love these lights.
I wanted rgbw programmable festoon leds. So I could program my own combinations. The shortcoming with these is there is only one slot for your own program in the app and you can only choose two colours for your program. surely it wouldn't be too hard to have more than one slot available and at least the choice of three or four colours.
However apart from this and that they could be a LOT BRIGHTER at full power I like them... a lot
These arrived really quickly and were much more robust than I expected. I feel really confident they will stand up to our windy, rainy Gippsland winters (under patio cover). The app was easy to set up, and the kids love to play with the colours.

Is your Smart RGBW Festoon String Light – App and Voice Control 240V or 12V? I need a 12V option for my garden lighting. If this isn’t 12V, do you have any other similar 12V products?

Great question. To clarify how the power works: This Smart RGBW Festoon String Light is a 240V plug-and-play system.
While the string lights themselves run on 12V (the included smart driver/transformer reduces the power for safety), it is designed as a complete, closed kit. This means it plugs directly into a standard 240V Australian power outlet and cannot be cut or hardwired into an existing 12V garden lighting transformer.
Hello, are these lights suitable for full outdoor use/exposure to the elements with no cover?
I'm wanting to install lights from the back of the house to the back fence which will go over the courtyard (approx 9-10metres) as ambient lighting and looking for something that can handle weather.
